1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the kx8vip Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of whether you have registered an account. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with kx8vip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and kx8vip. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms and conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in relation to that promotion only.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during the account registration process, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand and accept all provisions contained herein; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The kx8vip Platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by kx8vip for breach of these Terms or any other policy violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a kx8vip employee or contractor.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on kx8vip or any connected platform.

If kx8vip discovers or has reason to believe that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, that account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made to the account will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any amounts wagered. Winnings generated by an underage account are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited in their entirety.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the kx8vip Platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a kx8vip account. Registration is free. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kx8vip account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household is grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate, current, and complete. kx8vip will use this information for identity verification, payment processing, and communication purposes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kx8vip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account verification (KYC): kx8vip may require you to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of the verification process. kx8vip's KYC process complies with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices.
• Password recovery: In the event that you lose access to your account, contact [email protected]. kx8vip will verify your identity before assisting with account recovery. kx8vip will never request your password via any communication channel.

kx8vip reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts that are found to have been registered using false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

kx8vip supports a range of payment methods suitable for Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kx8vip reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts for fraud prevention or responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits typically credit to your kx8vip account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution's processing times.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. kx8vip may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new payment method.
• Withdrawal processing time: kx8vip aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically received within 2 hours of processing.
• Platform fees: kx8vip does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of kx8vip.
• Currency: All transactions on kx8vip are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied by kx8vip.

kx8vip reserves the right to reverse any transaction that is identified as fraudulent, made in error, or associated with a breach of these Terms. In such cases, kx8vip will notify the account holder and provide details of the reversal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kx8vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Bonus validity: Bonuses are valid for the period stated in their individual terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period without compensation.
• One bonus per offer: Promotional offers are available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the kx8vip Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms. Games that contribute 0% to wagering requirements are listed in the promotion's restricted games section.
• Bonus abuse: kx8vip reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of bonus terms, coordinated wagering with other accounts, or use of low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gameplay intent.
• Withdrawal priority: Unless otherwise stated, real-money balances are wagered before bonus balances. Check your account balance breakdown before placing bets to understand which funds are active.

kx8vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the kx8vip Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or in any communication with kx8vip.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of cheating in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game. Any winnings generated via a known or unknown software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform as a vehicle for the movement of funds of criminal origin.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kx8vip staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a minor (a person under 18 years of age) to access your kx8vip account under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. kx8vip does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the Platform is available or legally permissible in any specific location.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

kx8vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• kx8vip suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.
• The account holder's identity, age, or payment method ownership cannot be verified to kx8vip's satisfaction.
• kx8vip determines that continued provision of services to the account holder would expose kx8vip to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• kx8vip receives a credible report that the account is being accessed by or on behalf of a minor.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at kx8vip's discretion for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any active bonus balances.

You may request the voluntary closure of your kx8vip account at any time by contacting [email protected]. kx8vip will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx8vip's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kx8vip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kx8vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether kx8vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• kx8vip does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• kx8vip is not liable for losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions beyond kx8vip's reasonable control.
• kx8vip is not responsible for third-party game software errors. All certified game providers maintain their own liability frameworks for software failures.
• kx8vip's liability for any display or settlement error in sports betting markets is limited to voiding the affected bet and returning the stake to the player's account balance.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes kx8vip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. kx8vip does not warrant that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kx8vip's internal complaints procedure should be referred to binding arbitration. kx8vip's internal complaints procedure is initiated by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". kx8vip will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
